On March 21, 2024, IHM demonstrated its commitment to community welfare by providing financial sponsorship to Universiti Malaysia Pahang Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) for the preparation of bubur lambuk. This charitable initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Sultan Ahmad Shah State Mosque, where the bubur lambuk was prepared and distributed.
The sponsorship from IHM enabled UMPSA and the mosque to prepare a substantial quantity of bubur lambuk, a traditional porridge dish enjoyed during Ramadan. This effort not only honored cultural traditions but also served as a symbol of unity and generosity within the community.
In addition to financial support, IHM actively participated in the distribution process, ensuring that bubur lambuk reached local residents. This outreach was part of IHM’s broader mission to contribute positively to community welfare, particularly during the blessed month of Ramadan.
The collaborative effort between IHM, UMPSA, and the Sultan Ahmad Shah State Mosque exemplifies the spirit of compassion and solidarity that defines Ramadan. By extending a helping hand to prepare and distribute bubur lambuk, IHM reaffirmed its role as a caring organization dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
IHM looks forward to continuing its efforts in supporting community welfare initiatives and promoting harmony within the local community.
