The Zero Harm Rules initiative was implemented at IHM during the SHE Campaign for FY2021/22 on December 22, 2021. These rules encompass fundamental safety guidelines for high-risk activities, emphasizing the importance of compliance to prevent serious injury or fatality. The objectives include fostering a culture of compliance without placing blame on employees and promoting positive safety behaviors within the workplace.
