On July 5th, 2024, IHM successfully hosted its annual Vendor Convention at The Zenith Hotel, Kuantan, Pahang. The event brought together approximately 200 attendees from 52 vendors and suppliers, all of whom play a crucial role in supporting IHM’s business operations.
During the convention, key topics such as the Procurement Policy, Market Outlook, and Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery(SQCD) Performance were shared with the vendors and suppliers. These presentations aimed to provide valuable insights into IHM’s future direction, performance expectations, and market trends, ensuring continued alignment and collaboration with its valued partners.
In the evening, the event concluded with an appreciation dinner, held to honor the contributions and ongoing support of the vendors and suppliers. The dinner provided a relaxed atmosphere for networking and celebrating the mutual successes achieved throughout the year.
As a highlight of the evening, the IHM Vendor Performance Awards were presented, recognizing outstanding performance across several key categories. The awards were given for:
- Best Quality Performance 2023
- Best Delivery Performance 2023
- Best Supporting on Cost Reduction 2023
- Best Overall Performance 2023
